EXCHANGING YOUR CREDITS
Your Exchange Privileges allow you to exchange your vacation time at the property you own for vacation time at another leisure property in the Registry Collection® program.

Making an exchange reservation is simple. It requires just four steps:

1. DEPOSIT YOUR INTERVAL FOR CREDITS

Each seven-night (Friday – Friday) Interval deposited with the Registry Collection program is assigned a numerical value in Credits.

You can exchange the Credits you receive for your deposited Intervals for a reservation at any available property in the Registry Collection program for which you have an adequate number of Credits.

To exchange your Credits, you must deposit your Interval 365 to 90 days before the check-in date of your check-in date of the Interval you are depositing. Once you deposit your Interval, you can exchange the corresponding Credits in your account for a reservation at an available property at any time during the Eligible Use Life of the deposited Interval.

[The Eligible Use Life of a deposited Interval begins on January 1 of the year of check-in date of the deposited Interval and ends on December 31 of the same calendar year. If the Credits have not been used by the end of such Eligible Use Life and have not been previously saved, those credits will be saved automatically into the subsequent calendar year as long as the Annual Member Dues have been paid through the same subsequent calendar year.]

You may deposit your Interval as early as one year prior to the start-date of the Interval. Once your deposit information has been verified by your resort, the Credits are placed in your account and are immediately available for an exchange.

2. DECIDE WHERE YOU WISH TO TRAVEL

These vacations are limited and subject to availability.

3. EXCHANGE YOUR CREDITS TO MAKE A RESERVATION

The system is flexible, and you are able to choose how you would like to use your Credits. Reservations are always for seven nights unless otherwise specified.

What happens when the amount of your Credits does not equal the number of Credits required for an exchange you would like to make? In some cases, you may have enough Credits to exchange for a reservation at more than one property (or more than one week at the same property). In other cases, you may need to deposit two or more Intervals need to deposit two or more Intervals one week at a property you prefer. You
also can borrow Credits from the next year once your Interval for the next year is deposited.

4. REMIT AN EXCHANGE

Once you decide to make a reservation at another destination property, simply exchange your Credits and pay an Exchange fee to complete the transaction. Your annual dues for The Registry Collection program must be paid through the reservation date and all vacation ownership expenses must be paid, too. All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
