and the rich colours of the Cape Floral Kingdom, the smallest and most diverse of six floral kingdoms in the World, and all the natural creatures that cohabit naturally in the area.

Modern Architecture
in tune with nature

The architecture is modern with pitched roofs allowing light to flood the interior. Natural stone walls grow from the earth to meet the roofs, integrating the feel of the inside and the outside. Large glazed sliding doors off the living and sleeping areas present the views wherever you are as ‘residents’ at the Private Residence Club.

Since every living space deserves its own narrative, it was the natural choice to take inspiration from the colours and textures of this precious environment. The deep sea-greens, the sandstone cliffs, the silver greens and limes of the fynbos punctuated with bright orange pincushions, red-hot pokers and purple-pink proteas, created the colour palette for the Residences.

Nature’s Reflection
decor meets nature

Each Private Residence has its own story based on this colour palette, reflected in the original artwork which represents the ever-changing coastal sky. Sculptural pieces in the form of hand-beaten bronze floor lamps by artist Trevor Opperman and silvery hand-textured vases with organically-shaped wood carvings, reminiscent of tribal crafts, adorn the stone-topped coffee tables.

Framed by the contemporary, open architecture, these new elements and colours work together to create a calm, yet fresh interior environment that extends effortlessly into the outdoor living area, in complete harmony with the natural silver-grey decks and indigenous vegetation.

This empathy with nature is echoed in each Private Residence’s individually landscaped entrance garden, creating a rewarding experience for guests on every visit.

Each residence is 200 m2 with 150 m2 under cover, comprising two equal, luxury master suites with exquisite bathrooms en-suite with a bath, large walk-in shower, double vanity and separate WC with adequate cupboards and shelving. The separate living area, complete with lounge area features a built-in fire place, HD satellite television and sound bar system, a well-stocked bar and a six-person dining area. All guests get free standard Wi-Fi in-suite and extending onto outdoor deck.

Prepare your own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with a range of modern appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. To complete your luxury experience, an expansive outdoor timber deck appointed with an L-shaped sofa, outdoor dining table and gas braai lends itself to al fresco entertaining under Southern skies. The heated plunge pool, invites you to laze in the water, admiring the panoramic views over the golf course to the Indian Ocean. The Residences can comfortably accommodate four adults and two children under the age of 12 years.
